Royal Blue Starbrite Colors (1oz)

This is a strong blue, must add white. Tints out from royal blue, to sky blue, and robins egg blue. (Thicker dispersions should be thinned with water & glycerin 50-50). Tommy's Supplies now sterilizes all StarBrite pigments for you and your clients safety. Ink should be kept in a cool & dry area.
